Here are a set of simple common sense rules
that will ensure a smooth stay, your enjoyment and respect for our property.

• No smoking inside.

• No ski boots on the carpets or upstairs.

• Ski boots and poles in the area by the front door.

• Leave the place tidier than when you found it.  This includes dishes washed and rubbish put out.

• Rubbish collection, leave it at the road entrance in the black plastic bag provided before 8:00 am Mondays.

• Clean out the fridge and leave the fridge and freezer door open to air.

• Turn off the electricity at the main switch box above the washing machine and dryer.

• Bring in fire wood from the car port to replace what you have used.

• All windows and doors locked.

• Return the key as arranged.

• Have fun.

The nearest shop is in Waiau which is 26 Kilometres away
so we recommend bringing all the food you will need for your stay.
